Sharing is the foundation of any cooperative enterprise. Sharing means access to more not less—not only for the cooperative community but for society at large. By reimagining areas such as living rooms, kitchens, or balconies as shared spaces, residents gain access to more amenities and opportunities for interaction, rather than feeling a loss of ownership. This approach enriches the daily living experience, encouraging collaboration, mutual support, and a sense of belonging within the community. Furthermore, shared spaces contribute to the broader urban ecosystem by promoting sustainability and inclusivity. The design challenges traditional notions of privacy, replacing them with vibrant collective environments that benefit both individuals and society.
